World Wide Web Consortium(W3C)is an international vendor-neutral consortium that making standards for the World Wide Web. It‘s found in 1994 by Tim Berners-Lee. It allows all internet users even the disabled people use the internet and there are 3 main offices around the world:
1.MIT/CSAIL in USA
2.ERCIM in France
3.Keio University in Japan

Now they have nearly 500 members all over the world. The organization members such as:
• Apple
• Adobe
• Microsoft
• HP
• Yahoo

How do I make my page accessible?

• Ensure the page is well-structured with good site navigation
• Ensure movement on the screen can be turned off
• Avoid Frames
• Use the right colour for all users
